• Develop with the Owner, a management plan for the property
• Handle all lease administration
• Prepare annual and capital budgets
• Provide full quarterly accounting reports
• Collect rents and pay all expenses
• Supervise and direct physical maintenance to keep project in top condition
• Make regular site visits and inspections for lease compliance and supervision of contract services.
• Attend any meetings, as required, of the Homeowner’s Association (if applicable) on a regular basis.
